Aurélie Barrat and Loïc Masson are a wife-and-husband team in the Côte de Sézanne, far from the hustle and bustle of Reims and Epernay. Aurélie handles the winemaking while Loïc oversees their vineyard holdings in the village of Bethon. It’s a real symbiotic relationship. Their “Fleur de Craie” bottling is uncompromising- steely, bone-dry and loaded with flavors of tart white peach and peanut brittle. Disgorged in April 2022.
