10.14.26 Giacomo Fenocchio Barolo with Letizia Fenocchio
We’re thrilled to welcome Letizia Fenocchio, one of Piemonte’s most exciting young winemakers and the sixth generation of the family behind legendary Barolo producer Giacomo Fenocchio.
The Fenocchio family has been making wine from their holdings in Monforte d’Alba since 1864. A century later, under Giacomo Fenocchio, the estate emerged as one of Barolo’s most traditional producers. After Giacomo passed in 1989, his son Claudio took the reins, and today Claudio and his children carry that legacy forward, making profoundly distinctive wines deeply rooted in the culture of the Langhe. The Giacomo Fenocchio name—and wines—are among the most respected in Barolo.
