Muscadet Sèvre et Maine, Domaine de La Fessardière 2020
La mer qu’on voit danser lolls across the front label. It means “the sea we see dancing”, and is an apt name for the wine inside, made by Jérome Dumanois and Emeline Bergeron. Though their estate is located an hour from the Atlantic, their green and salty wine dances across the palate and evokes smelling sea air, sitting on a rocky beach, and eating things pulled from the sea.
