A little goes a long way! Thick, treacly sweet wine made with grapes dried on mats in the sun. Coming from Montilla-Moriles, a less famous neighbor of Jerez and Sherryland, this is made in the solera system and is thus a blend of many different vintages, as this solera was kicked off all the way back in 1927! Have with blue cheese or a meditative post-dinner cigar.
