Larmandier-Bernier is a star biodynamic grower working in Champagne. This non-dosage blanc de blancs wine is produced from a parcel called “Les Barillers” on the mid-slope of Vertus, and undergoes primary fermentation and malo in old oak casks. It’s a wine with a large presence, yet still graceful.
