Prosecco is one of numerous Italian wine styles victimized by a poor image due to low price and oft-neutral at best, offensive at worst wines. However, most sommeliers and seasoned wine pros would be lying if they told you they didn’t enjoy a glass from time to time. Being easy to drink is surely not a fault, and that’s what La Jara is. Organically farmed, pretty and apple-y.
