From the German speaking slopes of the Süd Tyrol, the 500 or so growers involved with this co-op produce a wine with leesy texture, fresh acid, and bright green apple and pear fruit to match the label. This can be a porch pounder but also has the ability to stand up to creamy pasta dishes or a roast chicken.
