Classic Grüner from the village of Strass in the Kamptal. Birgit and her husband Christian biodynamically farm about 10 hectares here. Ried Hasel is so-called because of the hazel bushes historically found in the region, and the resulting wine is appropriately green and mossy, but with a big concentration of fruit underneath.
