Sherries bottled en rama (raw) go directly from cask to bottle. They are as close to a barrel tasting as you can get outside of a winery, and the fall 2021 bottling from the historic Barbadillo amps up the natural intensity of Manzanilla to a degree that almost quivers in its grace.
