From the village of Charly-sur-Marne at the very western edge of Champagne comes this blend of 6 out of the 7 permissible grapes in Champagne. Led by Meunier, it also includes the classics Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, but it’s not often you see those varieties blended with Pinot Blanc, Petit Meslier, and Arbane.
This is an ample and voluptuous Champagne with a brightly fruity nose. 6.75g dosage, disgorged February 2021. Predominantly from vintage 2017, with the remainder from 2016.
