Thierry Forget’s family has been growing grapes in the premier cru village of Ludes since the 1800s. He took over the domaine in 1991 and started a perpetual reserve that same year. The resulting wine is both tangy and nutty, and drinks a lot leaner than its 8 grams of dosage would suggest.
