Nada Fiorenzo is a fourth-generation run estate in the village of Treiso in Barbaresco, currently headed by Danilo Nada. Rombone is a vineyard site that sits directly beneath his house and winery. The 2018 reveals why Nebbiolo is so beloved for its nuance and subtlety. Pretty aromatically, silkily textured, yet with the firm imprint of tannin that is a defining feature of the grape. Delicious now, this will age gracefully over the next decade-plus.
