(11/02) Monday World Tour - Cabernet Worldwide
I know we live in Napa Valley, but really: how well do you know Cabernet Sauvignon?
For this Monday World Tour we are going to explore the world's most planted fine-wine grape variety by blind-tasting eight exemplary Cabernet-based wines from all across the globe.
While you hone your blind-tasting chops, Matt Stamp MS will talk through the major areas of production throughout the world, from the motherland in Bordeaux to California, Washington state, Australia, Italy, and more. Learn regional styles and interpretations, and find out what the competition has been up to!
The class price includes a small meal (of Cabernet-appropriate bites!) and 8 wines individually packaged in small vials. 1.5 oz/per wine. These wines will be available for pickup starting at 4pm on Monday, November 2. The class itself will be a 1.5-hour interactive session hosted online through zoom at 6pm pst on Monday, November 2.
Please note: you will receive an email on Monday morning (November 2) with instructions and a registration link through zoom. You must register prior to joining the class!
All sales final. Must be 21 or over to purchase.
