Every Thursday at Compline Wine Shop, join Kim Oshiro for a guided, one-hour blind tasting class to figure out what's in the glass. Whether you are tasting like a detective (and arguing like a lawyer), or going through a deductive grid, this class has wine education aplenty for everyone!
Each Thursday's class will feature four wines for $40.

Kim Oshiro holds the WSET Diploma of Wine and Spirits and has passed both the Practical (tasting) and the Theory components of the Master of Wine exam. With varied experiences in running restaurant wine programs, selling wholesale, and working in production and wine technology, Kim's range and expertise are high—we couldn't think of a better person to lead a weekly tasting group at Compline Wine Shop. She is an enthusiastic educator, mentor, and taster, and we are excited to have Kim "hold court" at Compline Wine Shop every Thursday night from 6-7pm.
