Cole Ranch has the distinction of being the smallest AVA in America, totaling less than .25 square miles. That hasn’t stopped us from stocking up on Riesling from this high-elevation Mendocino vineyard. We currently have 3 between the shop and restaurant. Desire Lines is the project of Bedrock assistant winemaker Cody Rasmussen and his wife Emily. Their version is the most compellingly aromatic we offer, almost Muscat-like in its botanical garden aromas. However, it’s much more refreshing than Muscat, with prickly acidity and a focused finish. Fermented in large foudres.
