Hárslevelű is a grape susceptible to botrytis and it’s readily apparent in the 2018 from Tokaj Nobilis. Fermented dry, it gives the impression of sweetness in aroma and texture but is actually mineralogy and dry. Lime, salt, and smoke, like a mezcal margarita.
