Perhaps the best rosé in all of Champagne? Definitely the one you want with your bucket of fried chicken. Billecart Rosé is a study in mouthfeel- rich, lingering, with about 9 grams of dosage but perfectly integrated. Deep layers of aroma and all the berries you can imagine. Just fantastic.
